Last night we watched this week’s Heroes. What is going on with this show?

I don’t understand why, in the closing 5 minutes of last week’s show, we have the revelation that there’s a “catalyst”, then Claire proclaims that she thinks she’s this catalyst (really, get over yourself, love), and then suddenly this episode is all about the Catalyst. This show is like the games I used to play in the playground when I was five. The story just isn’t flowing.

It also seems to be the longest eclipse in history. It started at the beginning of the show and was only becoming total by the end. During that time, Claire is taken to a safe house by her father, taught how to fight, been attacked and shot, taken back to her mum’s house, and recovered. Jesus Christ, she must pack more into her day than Jack Bauer.

On the plus side, I thought Kristen Bell looked really hot this week (as always, but more so!), although I’m a bit concerned that she’s still listed as a guest star and is therefore going to leave the show at some point this season. Will there be a reason for me to continue watching once she’s left? Well, Seth Green cropped up which is a plus (in a manly way).

Mrs sp4ngle has all ready given up on this show, and sits on the sofa making sarky comments throughout. I really, REALLY want to like this show, but I’m losing my faith.
